The process of making and processing these purees begins with the thorough cleaning of fruits and vegetables and the removal of stems, nuclei and seeds. The enzyme is then inactivated and then aseptically packaged.

Through evaporation and pasteurization, the pulp of fruits and vegetables is reduced to pure concentrate.
